Everything seemed to be falling apart.

I was discouraged. We had been trying so hard to do the right thing.

The pit in my stomach grew as I thought about the amount of money we had and the amount of money we needed to spend in order to pay our bills.

Not to mention all the things our kids needed at school.

As that pit in my stomach grew to cavernous proportions my whole body and mind seemed to be overtaken with worry.

My chest felt like it had a heavy burden on it. Making it hard to breathe.

This wasn’t the first time I’d felt this.

In fact, I had woken up in the night filled with fear.

Long before my alarm would go off I would lie awake trying to work numbers in my head.

If you’ve listened to episode one of my podcast or been reading these emails for any amount of time you know about the one day that changed everything.

The biggest thing I did was I STOPPED.

I stopped doing one thing that I did everyday. And then I stopped doing another thing.

Changing one thing I did daily changed my whole life.

It can change yours.

For us, we decided to STOP eating out at restaurants for a year. It was becoming an almost daily occurrence.

Changing that ONE thing we were doing daily, changed our life.

Often, we think we need to start something new.

We think…

If we could just start a new budget, a new exercise program, a new diet, a new [fill in the blank] our problems would be solved.

The truth is, stopping ONE thing you do everyday is much more powerful.

I invite you to try it.

Become aware of one thing you need to stop doing.

Quit that one daily thing.

It will change your life.

It changed mine.

It was the start of a revolution for me.

STOP one thing YOU do daily.

It will be a revolution of YOU.

To your revolution,
