Everything seemed to be falling apart.
I was discouraged. We had been trying so hard to do the right thing.
The pit in my stomach grew as I thought about the amount of money we had and the amount of money we needed to spend in order to pay our bills.
Not to mention all the things our kids needed at school.
As that pit in my stomach grew to cavernous proportions my whole body and mind seemed to be overtaken with worry.

I invite you to try it.
Become aware of one thing you need to stop doing.
Quit that one daily thing.
It will change your life.
It changed mine.
It was the start of a revolution for me.
STOP one thing YOU do daily.
It will be a revolution of YOU.
To your revolution,
