Less Loathing

Less Loathing

“I’m too random. It’s not good.”

This is what one of my clients said.

How often do we say similar things to ourselves?

I’m too ________ (fill in the blank. It’s not good.

What if that thing about you IS good?

What if, instead of seeing it as a liability, you saw it as an asset?

When my client shifted to believing her randomness was an asset she said it felt freeing.

Instead of resisting her randomness she decided to let it guide her.

That freedom felt like tingles all over her body.

So now, instead of believing she has to fit into a business lady mold, she’s asking what makes her feel tingly today when it comes to her business.

She does what gives her tingles.
This is what no more loathing looks like.

It looks like loving who you are…
The things you thought were a liability…

Are possibly your biggest asset.

To less loathing

More living.

If you struggle with believing some part of you isn’t good enough or if it would go away, everything would be better…

I can help you.

We will talk about what you’re struggling with today, what you wish you could be like, and then I’ll help you understand why you’re struggling and what to do about it, and give you next steps toward the person you wish you were.

If you’d like, we will talk about working together.
