Two years ago, I quit social media.
It was an amazing two year in which I lost a bunch of weight, began writing everyday, got a lot of clarity about my life, stopped comparing myself all the time, built a new business, and so much more.
Six months ago, I got back into social media.
It has been nothing like the experience I had before.
At the same time, I’ve not taken intentional breaks.
