Speak gratitude to the people in your life.
Getting annoyed with the people we love can be pretty easy.
Am I right?
Today, notice all the reasons you have to be grateful for the people around you.
Ask yourself to notice what you’d be missing, that you would genuinely miss, if this person wasn’t around.
Tell the person what you notice; tell them why you’re grateful they are here in your orbit.
The more you speak your gratitude and stop keeping it to yourself the more your brain will show you all the reasons you have to be grateful.
Sometimes we notice in passing that awesome thing about someone.
It happens so fast we don’t give it air time.
Today, slow it all down.
Give gratitude lots of air time, today, for the people who witness you and your life.
You’ll activate your Reticular Activating System (RAS) at the base of your brain.
When you do that, your brain sees more awesomeness.
